Getting Started
- Create an account
- Sign in, then connect Google Business Profile from the dashboard
- Select the locations you manage
- Sync reviews, then open Review Manager
Google Connection
Dropwebs uses official OAuth. If connect fails: use an owner/manager Google account, approve all permissions, or reconnect when tokens expire. Agency users need the location shared in Google Business Profile.
Reviews & AI Replies
Sync pulls real Google reviews. Generation drafts replies for unanswered reviews only (max 15 per batch). You edit, approve, and publish through the official API. Already answered reviews are skipped.

GBP Profile
Profile Optimizer and Growth Audit use API-supported fields. Unavailable fields stay labelled - we never invent them. Health Score is Dropwebs-only, not a Google ranking score.
Keywords
Keywords are user-provided (Primary / Secondary / Optional). Relevance can use review text. We do not claim Google Maps ranking positions from the GBP API.
Analytics
Response rates and trends come from stored reviews. Response time appears only when Google timestamps exist; otherwise we say timestamp data is missing - never estimate.
Competitors
Google does not give Dropwebs private competitor GBP data. Enter public information and label fields Actual, Estimated, or Unavailable. No scraping.
Reports
Growth Reports combine Google-synced data and Dropwebs calculations. Thin history is labelled honestly - never invented statistics.
Plans & Usage
Free, Pro, and Agency limits live in Settings and Billing. Expired paid plans fall back to Free limits; your data stays.
Privacy & Security
OAuth tokens are encrypted. API keys never appear in the browser. Private app pages are noindex. We do not scrape Google Maps.
