How to generate an owner report from stored snapshots

Build a report for one location after you have synced data. The summary only describes snapshots Dropwebs actually stored.

What you need in the workspace.

  • Run Review Manager and Optimizer first so the report has something to summarise.

Step 01

Open Growth Reports and choose the location

Reports are scoped to that profile only.

Read the summary against the sources

Every claim should match a stored snapshot. If a period has no data, the report says so.

Send the summary, then keep working in the tools

Recommended actions point back to Review Manager, Optimizer, or Audit.

If it does not work

Check these before you assume the tool is broken.

  • An empty report means the location has no stored snapshots yet. Sync, then build again.
