Terms of Service

The short version

Dropwebs is a Google Business Profile growth workspace. You sign up, connect your Google Business Profile, and use our tools to manage reviews and improve your profile. Don't do illegal things with the service. Pay for the plan you use. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate Google's terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything done through your account. Give us accurate contact information.

What Dropwebs is (and isn't)

Dropwebs helps you work with the data Google exposes for the profile you connect. We do not guarantee any Google ranking, any specific review count, or any specific customer growth.

AI-generated content

Reply drafts are generated by AI and shown for your review. You approve every reply before it is published. You are responsible for the final text.

Google compliance

You agree to comply with Google's Business Profile terms when using Dropwebs. Do not publish fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or replies that violate Google's content policies. Repeated violations will result in account suspension.

Plans and billing

Free, Pro, and Agency plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed for the term you select. If your paid plan expires, your account falls back to Free limits - your data stays intact.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to break the service, or misuse Google APIs. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice unless the abuse is severe.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will email registered users.
