DROPWEBS
How to use Review Manager

How to sync reviews and publish a reply

A workspace walkthrough: connect a location, pull Google reviews, generate a draft, edit it, then publish through the official API.

Before you start

What you need in the workspace.

  • You need an account and at least one Google Business Profile connected.
  • Publishing uses Google’s review reply API. If Google access expired, renew it before you publish.

Step 01

Open Review Manager for one location

From the dashboard pick the location, then Reviews. The queue only shows reviews stored for that profile.

Step 02

Sync from Google

Use Sync reviews. Dropwebs loads what Google returns. Empty comments and already-replied reviews stay in the list with their real status.

Step 03

Filter to unanswered

Switch to unanswered so you do not regenerate replies that already exist on Google.

Step 04

Generate a small batch

Start with 1 or 5, not 15. Read each draft. Change facts, names, and tone before you approve.

Publish control after a draft is approved

Step 05

Publish only after you approve

Approve, then Publish. A second publish on the same review is blocked. If Google rejects the call, the status stays unpublished.

If it does not work

Check these before you assume the tool is broken.

  • If sync returns nothing, confirm the location is still selected and Google is connected.
  • If publish fails, reconnect Google. Dropwebs will not mark a reply published unless Google accepts it.
