# Dropwebs

> A Google Business Profile growth and review-management workspace for local
> businesses, multi-location brands, and the agencies that manage them.

Dropwebs connects to a Google Business Profile through Google's official APIs,
finds reviews that have no reply, drafts a response in the language the reviewer
wrote in, and publishes it after a human approves it. It also audits profile
completeness, extracts themes from review text, and reports across locations.

## What Dropwebs does not do

- It reads only the Google Business Profile you connect, through Google's official connection.
- It does not promise or predict Google rankings. Google publishes no ranking
  score for Business Profiles, so Dropwebs reports a clearly labelled internal
  diagnostic score instead.
- It does not invent metrics. Where the Google API exposes nothing, the interface
  states that the data is unavailable rather than estimating it.
- It does not write or publish reviews, only replies that the account owner approves.

Every figure in the product is labelled as one of: Google-sourced (returned by the
Business Profile API), Calculated (computed by Dropwebs from Google data),
AI-derived (written interpretation), User-provided (entered by the customer), or
Unavailable (Google exposes no such value).
